The steganography is the science that involves multimedia carrier and communicating secret data. For example image, audio, and video files. The goal is always to conceal the very existence of the embedded data. The assumption is that if the feature is visible the point of attack is evident. Steganography has various useful applications.

The steganography can be used for security techniques by the remarkable growth in computational power, the increase in security awareness by individuals, groups, and agencies, and government through intellectual pursuit. Its ultimate objective is robustness, detectability, and the capacity of the hidden data, which are the factors that separate it from the related techniques such as water marking and cryptography. Steganalysis is the science of attacking steganography.
